Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ)

Some milestones are personal. Others belong to every client we have ever represented. Joining the Pennsylvania Association for Justice is both.

We are honored to announce that Rose Harper Law is now a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, a statewide organization founded in 1968 that has spent more than five decades defending the civil justice system and the constitutional right to trial by jury for the people of Pennsylvania.

For a bilingual personal injury firm built on the belief that every injured person deserves a fair shot at justice, membership in PAJ is not a formality — it is an alignment of mission. It connects our firm to a network of plaintiff-side trial attorneys across the Commonwealth who share the same commitment: standing up for everyday people against powerful interests.

01Why Membership Matters

PAJ's mission is straightforward: promote a fair and effective justice system so that anyone injured by another's misconduct or negligence can obtain justice in Pennsylvania's courtrooms, even when the opposing side has far greater resources. That mission mirrors exactly why Rose Harper Law exists.

As members, we gain access to continuing legal education taught by leading trial attorneys, statewide networking with peers who litigate the same complex injury and negligence cases we handle every day, and a seat within an organization that actively advocates in Harrisburg to protect consumers, injury victims, and the right to a jury trial.

Our commitment

“Joining PAJ means our clients benefit from a firm that is always learning, always connected, and always fighting alongside the best trial attorneys in the state.”

02What This Means for Our Clients

Every credential, every membership, and every hour of continuing education we invest in ultimately serves one purpose: better outcomes for the families we represent. Being part of PAJ keeps our firm current on the latest case law, legislative changes, and trial strategies affecting personal injury claims throughout Pennsylvania.

It also reinforces something we have believed since day one — that access to justice should never depend on the language you speak or the resources you have. As a bilingual firm serving English- and Spanish-speaking families across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, we are proud to bring that same philosophy into a statewide community built on the same values.

This membership joins a growing list of professional affiliations and accreditations that reflect our ongoing commitment to excellence in personal injury representation. You can see our full list of accreditations here, and learn more about our founder and her approach to the law on our attorney profile page.

To every client, past and future: this is one more way we are working to make sure your voice is heard and your rights are protected, in the courtroom and beyond.
