Meet Rose Harper

When someone is hurt in an accident, the moments that follow are overwhelming. The phone rings. Insurance adjusters ask questions you don’t know how to answer. Bills arrive before you’ve even had time to process what happened. And somewhere in the middle of the confusion, you’re expected to make decisions that could affect your entire future.

Rose Harper built her practice around one simple belief: every injured person deserves a lawyer who will explain what is happening, step by step, in language that actually makes sense and who will be there when they call.

As a mother of three raised along the Hudson River in Westchester County, New York and now rooted in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, Rose understands what’s at stake when a family’s stability is disrupted by someone else’s negligence. She brings that personal understanding into every case she handles across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and she is particularly committed to serving immigrant families and first-generation clients who may have never worked with a lawyer before. At Rose Harper Law, there is no judgment — only guidance.

As a mother of three, Rose understands firsthand how an injury can disrupt an entire family’s stability and future. This perspective also informs her Estate Planning practice, where she helps families across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania protect their assets, plan for the unexpected, and preserve their legacy for the next generation.

Beyond her legal practice, Rose is deeply committed to serving her local community. She regularly contributes her time, knowledge, and resources to community initiatives focused on education, safety awareness, and advocacy, and believes strongly in empowering individuals through information and access to justice.

Rose is also a thought leader and sought-after speaker, frequently presenting on topics including entrepreneurship, motherhood, faith, personal injury law, accident prevention, insurance rights, legal literacy, and protecting families after serious injuries. Through speaking engagements, workshops, and educational forums, she works to demystify the legal process and equip individuals with the tools they need to make informed decisions before and after an accident.

Rose was raised in Westchester County, New York, along the Hudson River. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mercy College with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language, and earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey in 2013.

Fluent in Spanish, Rose is proud to provide Spanish-speaking clients ensuring they fully understand their rights, legal options, and the personal injury claims process without language barriers.

Today, Rose resides in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania with her three children. Through Rose Harper Law, LLC, she frequently co-counsels with established personal injury law firms throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, allowing clients to benefit from expanded resources, regional experience, and a collaborative approach to maximizing case outcomes.

Rose is deeply committed to the communities she serves. She regularly contributes her time to education, safety awareness, and legal literacy initiatives, particularly for Spanish-speaking and immigrant communities across NY, NJ, and PA.

She is available as a speaker on topics including:

  • What to do after a car accident and what not to say
  • Your rights with insurance companies
  • Legal literacy for immigrant families
  • Entrepreneurship, law, and balancing motherhood
  • Accident prevention and community safety
Can I bring a claim if I don’t have immigration papers?

Yes. Your immigration status does not prevent you from making a personal injury claim. Rose Harper Law is experienced in serving undocumented clients and will explain your rights clearly and confidentially.

Early settlement offers are almost always lower than what your case is worth. Before you accept anything, speak with Rose. There is no cost for the consultation, and it could make a significant difference in your outcome.

Every case is different. Rose will give you honest timelines from the start — and keep you updated every step of the way so you are never left wondering what is happening.

Nothing upfront. Rose Harper Law works on a contingency fee basis, which means you pay no attorney’s fees unless you recover compensation. Your consultation is always free.

Often, injuries that seem minor at first become more serious in the days that follow. Speaking with Rose costs nothing — and she will give you an honest answer about whether and how she can help.
