We built a firm where victims can tell their story in the language they feel most powerful in — and where the lawyers and staff who fight for them reflect the communities they serve.
Rose Harper Law isn't just a place to practice law — it's a place to practice it with meaning. Everything we do is rooted in three core beliefs that shape how we work, who we hire, and why we show up every day.
Our mission is simple: fight tirelessly for every person injured through no fault of their own. Whether it's a car accident on the BQE, a slip and fall in Jersey City, or a workplace injury in Allentown — we make sure the people who were wronged get the compensation and justice they deserve. No exceptions. No fine print. No second-class clients.
We are building the personal injury law firm that the tri-state community — including its Spanish-speaking majority — turns to first, trusts completely, and recommends without hesitation. Our vision is a practice where language is never a barrier to justice, where every client feels truly seen, and where winning for our clients is both a professional standard and a personal responsibility.
Culture at Rose Harper Law is not a slide in an onboarding deck. It's the way we answer the phone, the care we put into a client's file at 9pm, and the respect we show every person who walks through our door — regardless of their background or language. We hire people who are hungry to grow, honest when things are hard, and genuinely proud of the impact their work has on real lives.
These aren't aspirational. They're the standard we hold ourselves to — every case, every day.
We tell clients the truth — even when it's difficult. Trust is earned, not assumed.
Every client and every colleague deserves to be fully heard. Bilingualism is a superpower here.
We prepare harder, negotiate sharper, and fight longer — because our clients have no other option.
A large and growing portion of our clients in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania are Spanish-speaking accident and injury victims. We need attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and client intake specialists who can serve them fluently — in their language, with cultural competency and genuine care.
Your language skills are a critical asset that directly expands access to justice for our community.
