Owning a law firm and practicing law are two different disciplines. Finding a community that understands both, built by women who have lived it, is rare.

We are honored to announce that Rose Harper Law is now a member of Women Owned Law (WOL), a national nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women lawyers and law firm owners as they navigate the business side of the legal profession — not just the practice of law.

Founded to fill a gap in support for women running their own firms, WOL has grown into a network with members across the country, offering the kind of practical resources, visibility, and connection that legal entrepreneurship rarely comes with a manual for.

01Why This Membership Matters

Building Rose Harper Law meant learning to be a business owner as much as an advocate for injured clients. Hiring, operations, marketing, and growth strategy are rarely taught in law school, yet they determine whether a firm can actually deliver on its mission year after year.

Women Owned Law exists precisely for that reason: to connect women who are building law firms with each other, so that no one has to figure it out entirely alone. As members, we gain access to a national network of women entrepreneurs in law, along with programming focused on the realities of ownership — not just litigation.

Our commitment

“Being part of Women Owned Law reminds me that building a firm and believing in a mission are not separate things — they have to grow together.”
— Rose Harper, Esq., Founder, Rose Harper Law

02What This Means for Our Clients

A stronger, better-supported firm translates directly into better representation. Every resource, connection, and lesson we gain through Women Owned Law strengthens the infrastructure behind the work we do for injured clients across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania every day.

It also reflects something we believe firmly: representation matters, in the courtroom and in the boardroom. As a bilingual, woman-owned firm, we know firsthand what it means to build something meant to serve people who are too often overlooked — and we are proud to stand alongside other women doing the same across the country.

This membership joins a growing list of professional affiliations and accreditations that reflect our ongoing commitment to excellence in personal injury representation. You can see our full list of accreditations here, and learn more about our founder and her approach to the law on our attorney profile page.

To every woman building her own practice, or thinking about it: you do not have to build it alone.
