Angelica Pineda is the Intake Supervisor and Case Manager at Rose Harper Law, where she welcomes new clients and team members with professionalism and compassion. With a degree in Psychology, extensive experience in personal injury cases, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Angelica ensures that every client feels informed, supported, and heard from the very first interaction.

She leads the intake team with a focus on clarity, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring that the onboarding process is smooth and stress-free so clients can focus on their recovery after an accident. Angelica also ensures that critical case details are accurately captured and that communication flows seamlessly between clients, medical providers, and attorneys.

Outside of work, Angelica enjoys playing tennis, volunteering at her local animal shelter, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her family—bringing the same dedication and heart to her personal life as she does to her role at Rose Harper Law.

Nelson Barrientos is an Intake Specialist at Rose Harper Law, where he helps clients get started with confidence and clarity. Known for his patient and supportive communication style, Nelson guides individuals through their first steps with the firm, making sure they understand the process and feel fully supported. He majored in Psychology in College and his bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allows him to assist clients from diverse backgrounds with ease and understanding.

Nelson takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and reassuring experience for every new client, helping lay the groundwork for a smooth legal journey.

Outside of work, Nelson enjoys watching sports, spending time with family and friends, hosting barbecues, and watching movies—bringing the same warmth and enthusiasm to his personal life as he does to supporting clients.

Antonio Moreno is an experienced Intake Specialist at Rose Harper Law, where he is often the first point of contact for new clients. With a compassionate approach and a strong background in personal injury cases, Antonio helps guide clients through the initial stages of their legal journey with clarity and care. His bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allows him to communicate effectively with a diverse client base, ensuring that every individual feels heard and supported.

Antonio is committed to making the onboarding process as seamless as possible so that clients can focus on their recovery and well-being. His attention to detail, empathy, and professionalism set the tone for a positive client experience from the very beginning.

Outside the office, Antonio enjoys playing soccer, exploring new places, watching sports, reading, and spending quality time with his family. 

Alex Desmond is the Executive Assistant to owner Rose Harper and Operational Support Specialist for Rose Harper Law. Alex majored in Business Administration in College and has professional training in operations. He is known for his reliability, attention to detail and calm, solutions-driven approach.

Alex is married and a proud father to one daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new places with his family.

Ashley Creasy is our dedicated Marketing & Client Services Coordinator. After growing up in Southern Kentucky, she earned a degree in Communications from DePauw University. With a background in corporate events and members services, Ashley brings a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.

She’s passionate about building lasting relationships with our clients, providing top-notch customer service, and developing creative marketing solutions. She resides in the Lehigh Valley with her husband and teenage son. In her free time, Ashley is an avid reader, loves to travel, enjoys boating, snow skiing, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Andre Desir is a skilled and knowledgeable personal injury, probate litigation and Estate Planning attorney licensed in Pennsylvania. He was a Judicial Law Clerk in the First Judicial District Orphans’ Court in the chambers of Honorable John W. Herron, Honorable Matthew D. Carrafiello, and Honorable Kathryne Streeter-Lewis.

Andre holds a J.D. from Villanova University and a B.A. in Political Science from The City College of New York, with honors and notable scholarships at both institutions. In his free time, Andre enjoys traveling to places well known for its historical significance.

Andres Harper is our dedicated legal operations assistant. He is always available to tackle administrative tasks and help out where needed to ensure the smooth operation of our firm. He is a student at East Stroudsburg University studying Exercise Science and in his free time he is usually walking his dog, a King Charles Cavalier named Lucky.
