Rose grew up in Westchester County, New York along the Hudson River. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mercy College in New York with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and then graduated from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey in 2013. She presently resides in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.

Andre Desir is a skilled and knowledgeable personal injury, probate litigation and Estate Planning attorney licensed in Pennsylvania. He was a Judicial Law Clerk in the First Judicial District Orphans’ Court in the chambers of Honorable John W. Herron, Honorable Matthew D. Carrafiello, and Honorable Kathryne Streeter-Lewis.
Andre holds a J.D. from Villanova University and a B.A. in Political Science from The City College of New York, with honors and notable scholarships at both institutions. In his free time, Andre enjoys traveling to places well known for its historical significance.
Andres Harper is our dedicated legal operations assistant. He is always available to tackle administrative tasks and help out where needed to ensure the smooth operation of our firm. He is a student at East Stroudsburg University studying Exercise Science and in his free time he is usually walking his dog, a King Charles Cavalier named Lucky.
Angelica Pineda is an Intake Specialist at Rose Harper Law, welcoming new clients with compassion. With experience in personal injury cases and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Angelica ensures that clients are informed and supported. Angelica enjoys helping to make the onboarding process as easy as possible for each client so that their experience is as seamless as possible and clients can focus on getting better after their accident.
Outside of work, Angelica enjoys playing tennis, volunteering at a local animal shelter, reading, family time, and cooking, bringing the same dedication to her personal life as she does to her work.
Ashley Creasy is our dedicated Marketing & Client Services Coordinator. After growing up in Southern Kentucky, she earned a degree in Communications from DePauw University. With a background in corporate events and members services, Ashley brings a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
She’s passionate about building lasting relationships with our clients, providing top-notch customer service, and developing creative marketing solutions. She resides in the Lehigh Valley with her husband and teenage son. In her free time, Ashley is an avid reader, loves to travel, enjoys boating, snow skiing, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Tricia Cuthbertson is our Client Services Coordinator, she has over 10 years of experience in both financial services and the mortgage industry. After growing up on Long Island, she earned a degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College.
She’s passionate about building lasting relationships with our clients, providing top-notch customer service, and developing creative marketing solutions. She lives in Jersey City and has 2 children ages 14 and 12.
Tricia is a kettlebell athlete passionate about staying fit and giving her children a good foundation for taking care of their health. She also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
