In her free time, she enjoys personal development, learning new skills, and spending quality time with family and friends. Andre Desir is a skilled and knowledgeable personal injury, probate litigation and Estate Planning attorney licensed in Pennsylvania. He was a Judicial Law Clerk in the First Judicial District Orphans’ Court in the chambers of Honorable John W. Herron, Honorable Matthew D. Carrafiello, and Honorable Kathryne Streeter-Lewis.

Andre holds a J.D. from Villanova University and a B.A. in Political Science from The City College of New York, with honors and notable scholarships at both institutions. In his free time, Andre enjoys traveling to places well known for its historical significance.

Antonio serves as a Legal Assistant, supporting the firm in the management and development of personal injury cases. In his role, he is responsible for claim setup, ensuring that new matters are properly opened and organized so the legal team can efficiently begin working on each case. He also assists with medical record and billing retrieval, coordinating with medical providers to obtain the documentation necessary for case evaluation and demand preparation.

Antonio works closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to ensure case information is accurate and up to date. His attention to detail and strong organizational skills help the legal team maintain smooth case management and provide effective support throughout the litigation process.

Outside the office, Antonio enjoys playing soccer, exploring new places, watching sports, reading, and spending quality time with his family.

Angelica Pineda is the Intake Specialist at Rose Harper Law, where she welcomes new clients and team members with professionalism and compassion. With a degree in Psychology, extensive experience in personal injury cases, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Angelica ensures that every client feels informed, supported, and heard from the very first interaction.

She leads the intake team with a focus on clarity, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring that the onboarding process is smooth and stress-free so clients can focus on their recovery after an accident. Angelica also ensures that critical case details are accurately captured and that communication flows seamlessly between clients, medical providers, and attorneys.

Outside of work, Angelica enjoys playing tennis, volunteering at her local animal shelter, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her family—bringing the same dedication and heart to her personal life as she does to her role at Rose Harper Law.

Andres Harper is our dedicated legal operations assistant. He is always available to tackle administrative tasks and help out where needed to ensure the smooth operation of our firm. He is a student at East Stroudsburg University studying Exercise Science and in his free time he is usually walking his dog, a King Charles Cavalier named Lucky.
